This project involved Field and Structural Survey, Structural Analysis, Construction Documents and Construction Support Services for rooftop parking topping and expansion joint replacement at the Michael J. Quill and Kingsbridge Bus Depots. The intent of this project was to remove and replace the existing roof topping system (membrane waterproofing, insulation, and wearing surface), expansion joint, and drainage system

Garg Consulting Services, Inc. (Garg) provided Structural Engineering services. This included, but was not limited to:

- Field inspection of roof topping system and roof support structure.
- Analyzing structure based on design and current codes based on specified bus loads and field inspection results.
- Developing background drawings with field results incorporated (30% drawings).
- Assisting in the preparation of the presentation by providing the results of the field inspection, sketches of found deficiencies, and recommendations.
- Developing 60% drawings.
- Drainage design (60%).
- Developing special specifications.
- Assisting in bid process (responding to RFIs and preparing addenda).
- Construction support services.
